Self Help is a comedy mini series exploring of the world of personal self-improvement, through the lens of a young man struggling to find healing and self-acceptance in the wake of a breakup.

Episode 2 - ‘Float’ features an ambient piece composed under my project Kodama 木.
The piece, ‘Together in Flight’ is the focal point in the float tank scene while our main character is experiencing blissful serenity and inner peace.
